Morgan Savage '06 had an undeclared major at Hastings College until her sophomore year, when she worked with her advisor to find a major that would prepare her for nursing school. She realized then she could get her degree at Hastings followed by a one year Accelerated Nursing Program.

In July 2015, Dr. Ingrid Bego, Assistant Professor of Political Science at Hastings College, published a new book entitled Gender Equality Policy in the European Union: A Fast Track to Parity for the New Member States.
