The annual event, sponsored by Hastings College, the Artist Lecture Series Main Committee at Hastings College, Mary Lanning HealthCare and Rockbrook Camera, is organized by a select group of students at the college over the course of twelve months.

The mission of the Hastings College Artist Lecture Series is to encourage and provide financial support for extraordinary artistic, cultural and academic experiences for the Hastings College community. The Student Symposium Committee focuses on one topic and brings to campus a variety of speakers, performers and experiences related to the current year’s theme.
The 2015 theme, “Image,” will introduce the students of Hastings College and the community at large to the role of image in our society.
