Competing at the Clover Classic hosted by Doane College October 4-5, the Hastings College Bronco Forensics team finished third overall. On the second day of competition, Miranda Klugesherz, a senior from Colorado Springs, Colorado, finished first in Informative Speaking and thus earned enough point to qualify in that event for the 2015 American Forensics Association – National Individual Events Tournament (AFA-NIET). She is the first Bronco speaker this year to qualify for the national tournament.

Next weekend, the Broncos will compete in the Sunflower Swing hosted by Bethel College in North Newton, Kansas.
