Hastings College Media, the College’s student-led media organization, was awarded six first-place, three second-place, seven third-place and three honorable mention Golden Leaf Awards by the Nebraska Collegiate Media Association (NCMA).
The NCMA includes colleges and universities from across Nebraska, including Chadron State College, Doane University, Wayne State College, Concordia University and Hastings College. Each institution’s media organizations entered their best work into Newspaper and Digital Medium divisions; content from the Hastings College Collegian, a student-run newspaper, and HCMediaOnline.org, the group’s website, was entered.
