Miranda Klugesherz, a senior from Colorado Springs, Colorado, was named to the American Forensics Association’s District IV All-American Individual Events Team. She is the ninth member of the Hastings College Bronco Forensics team to earn the honor, which recognizes high scholastic achievement, community service and forensics service, since 2003. The announcement was made at the District IV Qualifying Tournament held March 12-14, 2015, in Brookings, South Dakota.
Sierra Walker, a senior from Gering, Nebraska, was also recommended for the All-American award.
As a team, Bronco Forensics added five more events to its AFA National Individual Events Tournament (AFA-NIET) line up. The AFA-NIET will be held April 3-5 at Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon.
