The 2005-2006 Bronco Women’s Basketball team, which won the NAIA Division II Women’s Basketball Championship and several athletes from the team will be honored on Saturday, October 17, when they join other Hastings College greats in the College’s Athletic Hall of Fame.
A brunch and induction ceremony will take place in Hazelrigg Student Union (705 East 9th Street) starting at 10:30 a.m. Tickets are $12 per person and can be purchased by calling 800.775.2528 or by emailing alumni@hastings.edu.
Other inductees to be honored for individual achievements include the following Bronco Women’s Basketball alumnae:
- Stacy (Svoboda) Ladwig ’07
- Lynnze Martinsen ‘06
- Katie (Dent) Mundorf ’06/MAT ’08
Additionally, Hastings College Assistant Track and Field Coach Zachary Osgood ‘03/MAT ’08 will be recognized as the 2015 Outstanding Alumni Coach.
Hastings College created its notable Athletic Hall of Fame in 1989 to recognize and preserve the legacy and memory of the athletes, teams, coaches and individuals who have helped carve the admirable history of Hastings College and its athletic programs.
